Native Jacksonian, Chelsea (McDowell) Mpaka moved to Uganda in 2021. Her career as a school psychologist changed to a missionary serving children with disabilities and their families.
She continues to do so today, but now with her Ugandan husband, William and their new baby daughter, Ayla. All proceeds from T-shirt sales, after production costs, will support their family to continue to live and serve on mission in Uganda.
“Katonda talemwa” is a special phrase to the Mpaka family. In one of the local languages, Luganda, it means “God never fails”
